This much-loved annual event takes place every August when Tuckwell doors open and visitors are invited to enjoy a spectacular season of entertainment under the stars! The 2026 diverse lineup features live music, film, and theatre and has been designed to offer something for everyone.

The impressive ten-day programme in 2025 featured 400+ events and 500 speakers. Visitors in 2026 can expect inspiring talks, big debates, live music and unforgettable moments in the Festival Village and at venues throughout our Regency town. Our top tip is to make the most of it – Explore the FREE-to-enter Festival Village, browse the bookshops, catch surprise performances, or simply relax with food and a drink in hand.

Cheltenham Jazz Festival is part of Cheltenham Festivals, an arts charity that creates experiences which bring joy, spark curiosity, connect communities and inspire change. Its year-round learning and participation and talent development programmes culminate in four world-class Festivals, offering everyone an opportunity to explore and create culture.
